THROUGH BIBLE TRANSLATION

Equip local leaders around the world with the tools they need to translate the Bible into the language they understand best.

Barbara Rebentisch is a dedicated missionary with the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS), serving in Taiwan. Her work focuses on sharing the Gospel, supporting local congregations, and equipping individuals to grow in their faith. Through teaching, discipleship, and community outreach, Barbara plays a vital role in strengthening the Lutheran mission in Taiwan and spreading the love of Christ to those she serves.

Carol Halter is a devoted missionary with the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS), serving in Hong Kong. Her ministry involves sharing the Gospel and teaching the faith. Carol’s work strengthens the local Lutheran community and extends Christ’s love and compassion to those in need, fostering spiritual growth and hope in Hong Kong.

We are thrilled to announce that our tithe to Haiti is making a significant impact! Thanks to Timothy’s generous support, we are helping to build a much-needed sanctuary for our brothers and sisters in Haiti.

“I grew up outside of Kansas City, MO, attending Timothy Lutheran Church, which is currently supporting me in my theological training (thank you!). After spending nine years in rural Arkansas, I settled in Brighton, MI, with my husband, two boys and large cat. My faith journey began to flourish through my involvement with Cru. Since then, I’ve actively participated in various women’s Bible studies, events, and retreats across different churches, including my current home church, Cornerstone EPC in Brighton, MI. These experiences ignited a deep passion for studying Scripture alongside other women. I currently hold a certificate in Women’s Ministry from The Bold Movement and am pursuing a Master’s Degree in Theological and Biblical Studies at Knox Theological Seminary.” Megan Balla
