Amy Kutz is our first and second grade teacher at Timothy. She was born and raised in Perryville , MO. Amy is the youngest of five children to Don and Florence Steffens. Amy attended grade school through high school in Perryville and graduated from Concordia University-Nebraska in May 2006 with a B.S. in Elementary Education and an emphasis in Physical Education.

Amy married Ryan Kutz in June 2005 and after graduation, they moved to the Phoenix , AZ area. In Arizona , Amy worked in a Pre-Kindergarten class at Risen Savior Lutheran School . They missed their families and moved back to Missouri in June of 2007 and a little bit later she accepted the call to Timothy.

“I am very excited to be at Timothy Lutheran School . I love working with children and sharing the good news about Jesus with the students,” Amy said.
